Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with GLS within Portugal, Spain and the rest of the EU. We only ship to the EU mainland. 

All orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of the order being accepted and after payment is finalised. This does not include delays related to national holidays or other factors outside out control (including but not limited to, strikes, failure of service by GLS and weather events).

Orders to Portugal and Spain should take between 1 and 2 business days to arrive (not including national holidays in the respective countries).

Orders to the rest of the EU take up to 8 business days (not not including national holidays in the respective countries). 

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct as we do not take responsibility for a failed or delayed delivery that results from incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. Please include correct contact information (Phone number and email) as the courier may attempt to contact you to ease the delivery process. Beware of scams related to courier companies. Look for official GLS emails and contact either us (help@gentledogfood.eu) or GLS (see you local GLS website and use your tracking code as reference) if you are unsure about an email, text or other contact you have received. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from any scams.
